Business Meeting

1. Writer to Writer Project

Discussion: how many would participate, prize worth the effort, need to promote to learners, in reading groups
Decision: May choose to do individually this year and highlight entries at the conference if there is participation.
In the Fall: Discuss option of coordinating for 2011 conference

▪ Workshops - brainstorm together, Heather as main contact once presenters selected
▪ Breakfast – buffet style
▪ Lunch – buffet style
▪ Decorations – Connie??
▪ Give-aways – all of us
▪ Bags- Lynn?? (Paula will send no-date logo to Lynn for printing)
▪ Site coordination and setup – Stephanie
▪ Do we need to charge a fee? Yes $10 early, $15 at the door

▪ Need 1.5 for tutors or both
